Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s a 4-week diagnostic that gives you x-ray vision into your organization. We interview your leaders, staff, and stakeholders, review your data and documents, and analyze your systems through our Four Pillars framework: Foundation, Framework, Flow, and Reach. You walk away with a Strategic Brief, visuals, and a 90-day action plan that shows what’s working, what’s broken, and what to fix first.

  • Yes. Every engagement starts with a free 60-minute consultation where we explore your challenges and determine if Intramure is the right fit. Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, and investment. If you decide to move forward, we begin the 4-week Strategic Assessment. Most engagements range from $4,000–$6,000 depending on size and complexity.

  • Social determinants of health are the conditions in which people are born, live, work, and age that affect their overall health and well-being. These include factors like housing stability, food security, economic opportunity, education access, transportation, healthcare access, and safe community environments.

We focus on SDOH because addressing these root causes creates lasting impact. For example, a food pantry addressing food insecurity becomes even more effective when it also connects clients to employment resources, addresses transportation barriers that prevent grocery shopping, or partners with housing organizations. The Strategic Assessment helps you understand which social determinants your programs address and where opportunities exist to deepen your impact by tackling root causes rather than just symptoms.

  • We don’t write strategic plans — We conduct Strategic Assessments. Through the assessment, we diagnose your organizational structure, identify areas that need strengthening, and provide recommendations and a roadmap. You can then use that blueprint to develop your strategic plan, either internally or with a facilitator. Many organizations find the assessment gives them the clarity they need to plan well.

  • Yes. While the Strategic Assessment is a discrete 4-week engagement, many organizations choose to continue working with us as they implement recommendations. We offer two options:

Monthly Advisory Retainer ($1,200-1,500/month): Includes two monthly check-in calls and email support to guide implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your roadmap as needed.

Hourly Advisory ($100/hour): Purchase consulting hours in blocks for specific questions or challenges as they arise.

Both options keep you moving forward with expert guidance without creating long-term dependency. Implementation remains your responsibility—we provide strategic direction and support.

  • We understand budget constraints are real for mission-driven organizations. The Strategic Assessment is priced at $4,000-$6,000 because it requires 45-60 hours of expert analysis and delivers comprehensive, actionable deliverables.

If this investment isn't feasible right now, consider:

    • Applying to it as a capacity-building expense in your next grant

    • Allocating a portion of your operational budget for strategic clarity (many funders prefer organizations that invest in their own effectiveness)

    • Q4 2025 Founding Client Program: We're accepting founding clients at introductory pricing of $3,000-$4,000 through December 31, 2025

We occasionally offer pro bono or reduced-rate assessments for organizations doing critical community work. If you believe your organization might qualify, please share more about your mission and financial situation during the consultation.

  • Before our January 2026 public launch, we're accepting founding client partnerships at introductory pricing ($3,000-$4,000 vs. standard $4,000-$6,000). Founding clients receive the complete Strategic Assessment with all deliverables, plus direct collaboration with founder Diana Morillo. In exchange, we ask for a detailed testimonial, permission to create an anonymized case study, and honest feedback to help refine our methodology. This offer is limited and ends December 31, 2025.
